Willem Dieleman / Pancake Adventures

Meet the Ambassador of Joy, Willem Dieleman who at the age of 27,  took off on a journey that he imagined would last no more than six months. Two years later this left-handed, dyslectic, vegetarian had couch-surfed his way around the world baking pancake as gesture of gratitude to his hosts. He has now written a book about it, called Pancake Adventures. Willem: "It's not about the pancakes; it's about the message."
